What Happens in a 90-Minute Working Session

Understand what the $250 Working Session covers, how to prepare, and what you take away.
Start with one useful priority
A Working Session gives you time to work through a specific business decision with support. It might be choosing a booking system, organizing customer follow-up, planning a service package, or deciding what staff need to learn. You do not need a complete picture of every part of your business before starting. One clear priority is enough.
Get to know how we work first
The first step is a free 20-minute introductory call. We talk about your business, explain how Maxwell Group works, and decide whether a Working Session is a useful next step. The introductory call is separate from the paid session. It is a chance to establish fit before committing to a project.
Bring the information that relates to your decision
Before the session, we agree on the topic and any useful information to share. For a software comparison, that could be a current invoice and a list of the tasks the system needs to handle. For an event, it could be a rough budget, the offer you want to promote, and the date you have in mind. Bring what you have; avoid sending unrelated customer records or private information.
Use the 90 minutes to work through the options
We review your priority, discuss the relevant information, and compare practical next steps. The goal is to leave with a clearer decision and an achievable plan. A session cannot replace a detailed review of the whole business, and some questions may need additional information before they can be resolved.
Leave with a one-page plan
The Working Session costs $250 and includes a one-page plan with specific next steps. That gives you a reference for what to do next rather than relying on memory. Implementation work is scoped separately. If a broader review is useful, the next option is a Growth Audit for $2,500; the Working Session is credited in full toward the Audit under our current offer.
Choose only the support that fits
Continuing is optional. You can work through the plan yourself, discuss a specific à la carte project, or consider the deeper Audit. The right next step depends on the work you want help with.
